Introducing the sport of Dragon Boating

Dragon boating is a sport you should try at least once in your lifetime. But of course, once is probably not enough to get the full effects of it. It requires commitment, dedication, and a lot of yelling to show just how much you love it! (Well, the latter's optional.)

What can you get out of it? For those who want a work out, you can add dragon boating to your list. It trains not only your physical strength and endurance, but also your mental determination. Like all sports, you can relieve yourself from the daily stresses in your life. Kick, pull, punch, yell, grunt --do whatever it takes to give it all (or as John says it, "paddle until you puke!"), but don't forget to do that in sync with your team mates. Most importantly, you get to make new friends and have FUN!

See for yourself! We're always welcoming new members!
