Potluck

It's totally optional you join the POTLUCK. You don't have to bring food to eat with us. (It'll be pretty nice if you can) Please don't bring too much food. We're trying to minimize left overs. Please provide your own ice/mini cooler to store food. We'll be out in the sun THE WHOLE DAY.

Plan your time wisely. It's not easy for a restaurant to serve a big group :) eat in small group to make sure your food comes in time for you to eat and digest before the race :) Avoid eating too full. There's only bandage in our first-aid kit, and we don't carry TUMS. "SOWRRRY" (Prananta, 2009)

If you're using FIDO, there is no roaming charges if you use your phone in Harrison.
BUT long distance fee does apply.

Airtime:
That's what's included in your package. If you have unlimited incoming calls in the weekend, you get unlimited AIRTIME, BUTTTTTTT you'll still be charged for long distance minutes.

If you call a Harrison number, you don't have to pay for long distance fee.

3. Race Blurbs
1. Hydrate yourself - pass /fail test: "no 1" colour. Sowry, u have to check them urselvess
2. Refrain from drinking alcohol this week. 
3. Get plenty of rest - especially on Friday. Don't stay up too late.
4. Eat a lot of carbohydrates: rice, pasta, etc. Avoid fatty stuffs: McD, Burger King, Chinese MSG

4. Meeting time 
Everyone meets at harrison at 7.30 am - plan your rides carefully
Meeting place: meet in front of the racer's area - John will be there to distribute Race Bands.

5. To Bring For Harrison
If you have never been to Harrison, some suggestions to bring:

1. Sandals. The place we are racing is sandy, u'll be sorry if you bring sneakers etc
2. Another pair of dry and clean set of clothes (including underwears). There will be collateral damage in the process of celebration and dunking people: coach, steers, caller, and yoursleves!
3. Harrison is windy, especially in the morning, bring a jacket.
4. Water or drinks for in between races. 
5. If you want to save money, you can pack up your own lunch, but remember no refridgerator.
