ABOUT SCOTT THOMPSON

Scott began improvising in Winnipeg, Manitoba, back in 2001 – first as a player in the Canadian Improv Games and later on through adult improv ensembles taught by Winnipeg improv duo CRUMBS. Scott taught improvisation as a coach for seven years before moving out to Victoria last summer.

Since arriving Scott has performed locally in The Sunday Night Improv (formerly Theatresports), taught workshops for the CIG Vancouver Island regional tournament, and taken workshops with master improviser Dave Morris. Scott is a member of the Paper St. Theatre Improv Compan, and will be appearing in An Improvised Samuel Beckett this coming November.
