THE PLAY'S THE THING   Ages 7-10

Build a group play in one week!

These camps will engage and excite young drama students in a wonderful creative process. Story making, character development, creative movement and vocal skills will be a few of the dramatic techniques the children will use in this play building camp.

The students will create a short play during the week based on their own interests and ideas. Will it be comedy, tragedy, adventure, fantasy or all four; or something completely different? The students will decide!

The instructor will guide the play's development using improvisation, community building and other play building techniques, culminating with a performance in the studio on the last day of class.

Students will have an outside break everyday in a nearby park.
