After moving to Canada from Greece in 1965, George and Vicky Beis learned to cook in Calgary restaurants. Before taking over the Big Horn Restaurant in 1988, they leased the old Grande Cache hotel for seven years(1980-87). Come experience mountain views and paintings by then local artist, Esson Gale
