Turbocharger rebuilding:

Your turbocharger will be dismantled, degreased and inspected for damage.

You will be provided with a written estimate and inspection report for your turbocharger.

Once you have authorized the work to be done the turbocharger will be glass beaded, any necessary repairs and modifications will be performed and the turbocharger will be static balanced and re-assembled with new seals, gaskets, bearings and hardware.

Estimate fee for turbo overhaul: $35.00

The estimate fee will only be charged if you do not want your turbocharger overhauled and would like it returned to you. If you decide to repair the turbo, the estimate will not be charged. If the turbo is beyond economical repair and you want it scrapped, the estimate will not be charged.

All un-repaired turbochargers will be returned in the dismantled state if the repair work is declined.

Distributor rebuilding:

Your distributor will be torn down, cleaned and inspected. It will then be rebuilt, shimmed for shaft clearance, worn parts will be replaced and it will be returned to you.

We can re-bush worn housings and repair worn shafts.

We have a distributor machine in-house. All units will be run up to full rpm WITH a functioning ESC system in place to verify proper advance and knock retard functions.

Your distributor can also be re-curved for better throttle response and improved power for turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications.

1981 ECM controlled distributors cannot be re-curved.

Rebuild $50.00 plus parts.

Re-curve, add $50.00

Re-bush housing or repair worn shaft add $50.00

Reconditioned exhaust manifolds:

The 301 Store has reconditioned exhaust manifolds available now! Will be available from our website shortly!

These manifolds have had all visible cracks stop-drilled and welded shut. After welding the manifold flanges are machined square and any damaged threads are heli-coiled for a like-new, leak-free fit every time.

These are available on an exchange basis only for $200.00 plus shipping, plus a $50.00 core charge. The core charge will be refunded to you when your manifold is received.

We cannot accept manifolds with missing pieces or holes burnt in them as cores.
