About Me

Hello! 

My name is Terry Bain and I have lived in Edmonton for most of my life and have been married and raising a family for the last number of years, so I can really identify with the needs and dreams of families here in the city.  My husband and I have been residents of Millwoods for about 18 years and we are actively involved in our community.  Our family’s involvement is primarily related to the work we have done through our church and we also are actively involved in Edmonton’s musical community. 

Now that our children are young adults and starting their own families and careers, my focus has shifted to my full-time career in Real Estate, and what better place to be than in the #1 Real Estate Office in Edmonton right here in Millwoods. --  RE/MAX REAL ESTATE, #220, 6203 – 28 Avenue

I can refer to you the names of competent mortgage brokers, appraisers, building inspectors, lawyers and bankers to help you, and I will carefully research and endeavor to find answers to any of your real estate questions or concerns.

CREDIBILITY is based on honesty and reliability.  I won’t promise you something I can’t deliver in order to get your business now, and then make excuses later.  If I learn of anything that might be significant to your decision to proceed in a real estate transaction, I will tell you and let you decide how important it is.  I may lose some sales along the way, but I will win your confidence and in the long - run, we will both succeed.

CARING:  Re/max is proud to be the largest Canadian Corporate Sponsor of the Children’s Miracle Network.  Each year, Children’s Miracle Network raises funds to benefit hospitals for children in their local communities.  In 1998, Re/max contributed in excess of 3.5 million dollars to the Children’s Miracle Network between May 31,1997 and June 1, 1998.  I give a portion of my fee for every one of my real estate transactions to be automatically forwarded to the Children’s Health Foundation ( the local affiliate of this organization).  This is my way of giving back to the community and tangibly saying thank you for the business opportunities you’ve given me.

 I care individually about all of my clients and my goal is to serve them in such a way as to help them to reach their goals.  Many of my friends have become clients; My goal is that all of my clients will become friends.
