Friskie: Very
personable tabby living with two other cats in a small greenbelt
amidst urban sprawl. Dedicated feeders make sure Friskie
is well fed and healthy.
|
 |
Boots: Friskies
mom. Very intelligent and aloof. Probably will always be
a true maverick, living independently and cautious with
people in general.
|
 |
Munster and
Mollie: Two very affectionate cats (with each other).
They have more time together now without the burden of tending
to a new litter of kittens every four months. Munster is tame;
Mollie is quite wild. Separation of these two is not an option
we would consider. This cat was featured in one of our newsletters.

Whitey: Like a ghost, Whitey glides
under abandoned cars at night. He approaches the feeding station
only when we stand far away. We are lucky to get a daytime
picture of this elusive cat! |
 |
Grey-Bob:
a junk-yard cat who has survived in a commercial district
for many years without apparent discomfort. Probably not shelter-friendly
even if we could catch this street-wise cat. |
 |
Tab:
This timid tabby disappeared without a trace after being fed
twice day for nearly two years. His elderly caretaker misses
him very much. |
 |
Astrid:
Wants to be friendly, but is still somewhat cautious. She
was already trapped and released, but because of a volatile
neighborhood situation, must be re-trapped and taken to a
shelter for her own safety. |
 |
Whipper and
Abercrombie: These two cats were trapped in a wildlife
park a few years ago. The orange cat, Abercrombie, was a ferocious
fighter, but is now a teddy bear cat. His mate, Whipper, is
still quite wild, but she seems content with her "soulmate"
nearby. |
