The Red Rock School district encompassed large ranching tracts of land but few farms. It did serve to educate the children of those farms. Families who may have attended were Edlers, Larsons, Gust Carlsons, Ole Nerlands, Fred Kurpjuweits and Flaigs.

A few teachers' names recalled were Oliver Reed, Mr. Davis, Jean Rutherford Ofts. Clarence Halvorson, Famie Patton (Mrs. Hjelmer Olson), Tony Smeland, Hilda Tonberg, Vera Bracken.
