Poole Harbour is a favourite spot for
sailing, wind surfing and other water sports. It is the largest
natural harbour in Europe. Brownsea Island and many of the areas
around the edge of the harbour are a haven for rare and varied
flora and fauna. There are boat trips to the islands and around
the harbour from Sandbanks and Poole Quay.
