and use them in all your advertising. Testimonials provide evidence that
your product or service delivers the results you promise. For maximum
impact, use only testimonials that describe specific results the customer
enjoyed. What problems do your
customers have that you can help them solve? What needs or desires do they
have that you can fulfill? Think PROBLEMS, and then provide the solution.
The solution to their problem is what you are selling. Don't change your logo unless you have a very good reason. It takes
years to build brand recognition, you don't want to have to start over. When choosing a logo, thinking about how it will look in different
sizes and placements. How are you going to use it? It might look great
when printed in colour on your letterhead, but it you photocopy a lot of
