Support

At PACE Society, support is one of the most important services we provide to men, women, and transgendered sex workers.

PACE

PACE Society’s Support Workers provide:

  • One-on-one support for individual goal planning, case coordination, advocacy and accompaniment
  • Ongoing day-to-day support for immediate / crisis issues
  • Court accompaniment
  • Support for family issues and child apprehension issues
  • Prevention support for people at risk of entering into survival sex work
  • Support to families of survival sex workers
  • Support to other service providers whose clients disclose to them
  • Advocacy – tenant rights, legal rights, social services, human rights (most often in cases related to transgendered sex workers)
  • Support and reference letters for court, jobs, landlords etc.

At PACE, we work to determine, harness and apply the assets of sex workers in personal goal setting while providing support in attainment of those goals.
