Well... at the moment... we is me. This site is maintained by Rev. Peter Coutts. As of 1 September 2000 I will be serving at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Calgary. I've had an abiding interest in understanding congregations and in congregational change for over 10 years. In 1999 I completed my Doctor of Ministry at McCormick Seminary in Chicago in the area of Congregational Renewal (what the business world calls Organizational Development). While all change topics interest me, I have strong interests in:
- the future of the Presbyterian Church in Canada
- the theory and practice of motivation
- impediments to change
- scenario planning
In the near future I hope to have a team of helpers who will work with me in building this resource (note the spaces at the top of the page). Stay tuned for their biog's on this page.
