How you can help

Purrfect Endings Rescue is a non-profit organization. We are always in need of volunteers, supplies and foster homes as we try to make a difference in the lives of homeless cats.

Here are some ways you can help.

Foster a cat or kitten.

Every foster home enables us to rescue another cat in need. We supply food and litter, and you supply the love. Fostering a cat or kitten is a great way to

• have a pet for a short time, without the longterm commitment, and
• make difference in the life of cat that otherwise would have had very poor prospects in life.

Please consider fostering a cat or a kitten!

Donate.

We desperately need people who can help with fund raising. Many of our cats require extra medical attention resulting in high vet costs.

If you cannot help with fund raising but would like to make a donation we have donation boxes set up at the following businesses:

• TOP TEN BOWLING CENTRE: 425 - 13 Street North, Lethbridge

The tide had thrown onto the beach thousands of starfish. Unable to return to the ocean during low tide, the starfish were dying. A young man was picking up the starfish one by one and throwing them back. After watching the seemingly futile effort, an observer said to the young man, "There must be thousands of starfish on this beach. It would be impossible for you to get to all of them. There are simply too many. You can't possibly save enough to make a difference."

The young man smiled as he continued to pick up another starfish and toss it back into the ocean. "It made a difference to that one," he replied.
