First, I'm going to make sure I understand your situation. My person-centred approach means I do my utmost to experience your situation as if it were my own. I also use the techniques of cognitive-behavioural therapy to challenge and overcome toxic thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. And if you've been struggling with addiction, PTSD, or repeated bouts of depression, I will introduce you to the techniques of mindfulness, which can cut your chance of relapse in half.
