Welcome and thank you for visiting our site. My name is Duncan Smith and I am the Owner and also Service technician for Rapid Repair Appliance Service. I have been an major appliance and refrigeration service technician actively involved in the Major Appliance And Refrigeration services trade for over 30 years , since Graduating from the British Columbia Vocational Institute in October of 1976 as a Government Certified Service Technician. During which time I have provided service and repairs for a wide variety of manufacturers, and service Companies. We also provide customer parts sales, and refurbished major appliance sales. Over 30 years of trade experience providing Major Appliance & Refrigeration Service and Repair, we still maintain a small business perspective towards each and every customer that calls., At Rapid Repair Service we do our very best to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere and relationship with our customers. From Answering the telephone, to scheduling, diagnosing, and rectifying the problem of your Major Appliance & Refrigeration Products, assuring that they are operating to Factory Specifications and performance levels. We use original equipment manufactured parts (OEM), which in most cases carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty. With the exception of Whirlpool, Maytag & Frigidaire appliance parts which have changed there after sale parts warranty to 90 Days

With our many years of experience in the services trade we are able to diagnose and rectify your major appliance and refrigeration products accurately, and repair them to the manufacturers specifications and performance levels . We provide parts and service for both commercial and domestic major appliance products. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM til 4:30PM, closed weekends and holidays.
