Don't meet your lawyer by "accident" |
All too often, choosing a lawyer is a painful process. Stressful circumstances, such as involvement in a motor vehicle accident, criminal charge or legal dispute, can cause people to hire legal representation without careful consideration. Your lawyer is not the biggest ad in the phone book--he or she is a highly trained professional who will provide you with expert opinions and advice based on years of education and experience. This is a big responsibility, and the lawyers and staff of RMcD Law Office take it very seriously. |
Just as one makes the decision to become a patient of a certain doctor or dentist, or to take the vehicle to a specific garage for regular maintenance, we believe everyone should have knowledgeable and trusted legal counsel to whom they can turn. RMcD Law Office is committed to that idea and pleased to assist clients when buying and selling property, incorporating new business ventures, conducting estate-planning and administration and much, much more. In the unhappy event that stressful circumstances do arise, our clients are better prepared to meet them with the support and resources of an experienced and service-oriented law firm behind them. |

We're very excited to announce we will shortly be moving to new premises on Lethbridge's North Side with improved accessibility and free parking! We've outgrown our current location and are extremely pleased with our upgraded office's functional layout and practical design. Not only has technology been integrated throughout, our extended meeting space / Board Room facilities are "one in a million" featuring private "break out" rooms for meetings, seminars, litigation proceedings and mediations (up to three simultaneously!) We anticipate the relocation to 243 12B Street North, our new full-service (and wheelchair-accessible) building will occur during the month of March, 2009. |
