From our B & B, you will go on day trips to see snow-capped mountains, thundering waterfalls, hot springs, turquoise lakes, towering forests, craggy peaks, the Columbia Icefield, trickling brooks, hoodoos, echoing canyons, the Continental Divide, and other Canadian images such as Mounties, railroads, mountain culture museums, and chateau-style hotels.

This landscape has been impressing visitors for a long time. The word Yoho comes from a Cree Indian word meaning "wow."

In 1885, Banff became Canada's first national park. Canmore was included in Banff National Park until 1930 at which time the park boundary was redrawn.
It really should still be included in the park because the mountains are more spectacular than those in Banff!
