We created this page to showcase some of Jez's puppies that do not live with us and/or are not co-owned by us.  We have been blessed with terrific homes, some who have agreed to allow their babies to be shown by us, others who are out doing great things with their puppies.

We are extremely proud of how these babies are doing and wanted to share them with you!
Here is Jake.  Jake got his feet wet in the CKC ring in October 2007.....and had a pretty good time with Grandma.  Then on October 27, 2007 Jake tried herding on for size and earned his HIC!  He is maturing into a beautiful young male.

2008 will see Jake return to the conformation ring in search of the CH. for the front of his name, and I think if he has his way he may make a few more trips to the sheep pens too!  UPDATE:  As of June 2nd, 2008 Jake has earned 6 points towards his Championship!

Jake is adored by Tom and Brenda Hantos, but they are gracious enough to share him with me....at least for a few minutes in the show ring, and I am very thankful for that.
Thea was Beige girl from our Team ICE litter.  She travelled with the Ashemburg gang to the USRC Sieger shows in Calgary in July.  On the Saturday she went VP4 under Judge Edgar Hellman.  Apparently she was saving herself because on Sunday at the USRC NW Regional she went VP1 in the 4-6 month female class under Judge Andreas Mueller!!!  She came home with a nice collection of hardware.

Here is her critique from Edgar Hellman:

"5 months old.  Correct substance.  Very good bone.  Alert.  Good head, correct ears.  Dark brown eyes.  Correct width and depth of chest.  Soft in the pastern.  Good topline.  Correct hind angulation.  Strong coat.  Brown markings.  Docked tail.  Natural movement.  Currently teething at this time."

On October 27, 2007 Thea earned her HIC title along with her littermates Shiver and Jake!

Best Altered in Specialty
2006 RCC Alberta Prairie Regional Specialty
Dory made her entrance to the conformation ring with a BANG winning Best Altered in Specialty over a Canadian Champion!  Way to go girlie!!

Dory's skin Mom had to take some time off from obedience training to welcome Dory's skin sister into the world, but they are hopeful to return to training (and possibly trailling) later in 2007.

**UPDATE** Dory and Deanna finished Dory's CD title in only 3 days of trialling............all legs were with placements as well!!  We are SUPER proud of these two!!  Way to go guys!

Dory is Cardiac RO-CA2638/17F/C-PI and CERF RO-5823.

Special thanks to Eric & Deanna Armsworthy for investing so much time in making sure Dory is a very well mannered member of society.

Buffalo Bill is known to his friends as Cody.  Everyone who meets Cody instantly falls in love and wants to take him home!!

Cody was off to a great start in the show ring picking up 5 points, multi Best Puppy in Breed wins and Ashemburg's first home-bred Best Puppy in Group win, all before the age of 7 months!!!

We are saddened that Cody will not be completing his Championship as his family has moved back to Newfoundland and have neutered Cody.
I wanted to include Ruger on this page because he too is doing some great things in his classes.

Anyways, Ruger has completed two sets of obedience classes and has also completed his novice agility classes!  Looks like that tunnel in the puppy pen is paying off as I am told that Ruger is a tunnel whiz!  When Mommy unsnaps his leash he's in that tunnel and coming out the other end before she can say "Tunnel"!  Atta boy, Ruger!  Now, I wonder if we can convice Mommy to trial you????  Hmmmm, I'll have to work on her :0)
