| Allow us to introduce you to Vader. Vader was the pick of the litter from our "Legends" litter and has been a welcome addition to our home and our program. |
| Vader has the same sweet, easy going disposition as his Mom. He is a substantial dog weighing in at 120 lbs. and measuring 67 cm at 3 years of age. He has amazing bone, a beautiful, large head with wide muzzle, medium dark almond shaped eye, dark pigment, full dentition with scissors bite. Vader has a strong straight front set well underneath him. He has beautiful depth and width of chest. He is a tad longer in back then we prefer, but uses himself very well. He has excellent rear angulation with good, strong muscling. |
| "Lord Vader" finished his Canadian Championship before the age of 18 months picking up Best in Specialty Sweepstakes at the 2006 Rottweiler Club of Canada Prairie Regional Specialty along the way. |
| He has been shown at two Sieger shows to date. His critiques are below: |
| 2006 CSS - 12-18 month class, ADRK Judge Werner Walter: |
| "very big, strong bone, a little bit too much substance, strong head but cheekbones are not quite developed yet, loose skin on cheeks and throat, big ears, correct carried ears, dark pigmentation, strong neck, deep wide chest, straight forearms, slightly falling back, strong rear, and correct hind angulation, natural movement, short coat, red brown markings, scissors bite" |
| 2006 FWRC - 18-24 month class, USRC Judge Andreas Mueller: |
| "19 month old male. Large. Well built. Calm attentive. Well proportioned. Excellent male head. Large ears. Correctly set and carried. Top of skull wrinkled. Very good stop. Powerful broad muzzle. Brown eyes. Both bottom eyelids should be tighter. Gums dark pink, inner lips dark. Slightly long neck. Powerful chest. Of good width and very good depth. Standing narrow in the front. Strong paws well knuckled. Very good top line with low croup. The tail is docked. Very good angulation in the front and excellent angulation in the rear. Bottom line slightly tucked. Short coat. Light brown markings that should be more pronounced in the chest and more defined overall. Good movement. Moving slightly narrow in the front. Complete scissor. Full dentition." |
| Vader earned his HIC (Herding Instict Certificate) at 4 1/2 months of age. He earned his TT title at 15 months of age at the Calgary Sieger Show. He received Excellent ratings in the Reaction to Sound, Reaction to gun fire and Reaction to Aggressive Stranger components of the test! |
| After completing his Championship Vader took some time off to mature physically before being shown again. In April of 2008 Vader returned to the conformation rings and has the following wins to date: |
| April 11-13th, 2008 - Best of Breed x 3 & GROUP 4 |
| May 9-11th, 2008 - Best of Breed x 3 & GROUP 1 |
| July 5-6th, 2008 - Best of Breed x 4 & GROUP 2 |
| July 25-27th, 2008 - Best of Breed x 5 & GROUP 2 & 3 |
| We would like to thank all of the Judges that have recognized Vader's fine qualities and have awarded him with Group Placings in 2008. Vader is currently the #6 Rottweiler All Breed* in Canada! |

| Vader at Stud |
| Vader has now completed his health testing and is available at stud by Private Treaty to fully health tested (hips, elbows, heart & eyes) bitches of merit. |
| To date he has two litters on the ground consisting of a total of 22 puppies. We are pleased to see that he is passing on his bone, head, substance and good angles to his puppies. We are also pleased to see that although he is a little long in back himself, he does not appear to be throwing this to his kids. |
