This reduces waste and helps to ensure better combustion. Better combustion leads to cleaner exhaust levels. Because treated fuel burns cleaner, the environment will benefit too. The FTS system has other benefits that are important. One is the significant reduction of ash and carbon build up in the engine and exhaust system. </div> <div> This is a self contained in line fuel treatment system that is fitted before the purifier. Nothing is intruduced to the fuel during the process. The machine is small in size but a very powerful tool for the war on waste. As oil is getting more expensive and the environment becomes more of an issue, a solution is becoming very urgent. The FTS system reduces costs related to heavy fuel usage by significant amounts. It quickly pays for itself. After that these savings will boost your profits. Further savings over and above fuel waste are made through the reduction of materials that have to be transported to shore for disposal. This is a very expensive enterprise. Using this system you can reduce your waste by up to 80%. Why throw away something as valuable as good usable oil? Stopping this waste and the expense involved with it is what this unit is capable of. The FTS system makes waste into burnable fuel that is not going to damage or effect the working components of your engine. During the process, sonic waves, fine clearances and complexed design ensure the complete breakdown of solids and long chain ashphatines into particles that are only a few thousandths of a millimeter in size. These pass through fuel pumps and injectors very easily. Even the fuel that would not usually be lost in the pruifier burns cleaner. Because the particles in the oil are so small after passing through the homogeniser,  burning is more complete. The system is proven to work in many applications. We all know heavy-oil quality is deteriorating. As oil quality degrades even further, these systems are becoming even more important. Some customers have asked about the sealing system.
