Oil Filtration for Engines

Age S. Waagen can supply various sized filter units specifically for use in engines. Local distribution agreements in your area might mean we cannot assist in all cases on engine oil filer systems, but we can always try. These filtrations systems are simple to install and rely on the engines own oil pressure for oil feed. These filters works as bypass filter with oil return by gravity. It does not take the place of the existing full flow filter, which do not generally have the capability to remove water and acids. These sort of filters have been tested on North Sea where oil longevity has been extended by up to 10 times. Many references are available upon request. These filter units are manufactured by Puradyn. The elements are special in that they contain soluble additives. These are required for engine use because the combustion process causes additive depletion and the TBN values can change. Using this special filtering device is like having a continuous oil change. Bearings, crankshafts, valve stems, etc. will have longer life. Because oil quality is maintained, service intervals can be extended. Oil is continuously filtered down to NAS 4 standards.

One 24 volt electrical supply is required for the evaporation chamber heater. Other than that, there is only a feed and return hose to be connected.
