The list of helpful information ton include in an initial inquiry to Decor8:
- Date of event
- List of intersted items
- Associated quantities of each item required
- Whether you require our services for set-up (or you plan to use our services for rental and set-up on your own). Either is acceptable.
What you can expect from our process:
- Based on availability and compatibility you receive a response of our ability to service your needs.
- Decor8 receives a request for booking (with or without a personal consult). It’s simply a matter of what you feel comfortable with.
- A Preliminary Rental Summary is provided including a total quote and request for 50% of total rental for deposit to confirm booking. Arental contract is also provided which provides the opportunity to express your intentions for pick-up/set-up and return/takedown timelines. If these details have not been confirmed then they are completed at a later date when the information is available.
- You are welcome to pick-up as early as two days before the event and return as late as two days after.
- A responsible party send a deposit to confirm booking and contract via mail. Payments are accepted in the form of a cheque, via Paypal, or e-mail payment transfer. (Details for the process of each payment option are provided within the rental summary)
- Decor8 sends a confirmation of booking and deposit received.
- Quantities required are adjusted the weeks leading up to the event to calculate final balance (You only pay for what you require).
