Thank you, the wedding was very cold (-34) but it was beautiful and suprisingly very well attended...all but 20 or so. It was the first time the covers were used in our town for an event and it was stunning. I have referred a few of my brides to you recently. The reason was I have recommended your services prior and have always been satisfied. I am looking to add you to my preferred vendor list for rentals. I was referring another company however after last minute cancellations,issues with rental items among a few other items I have decided to no longer refer them. They were not reliable at all this past summer and I found myself struggling at the last minute either for a decorator or for rentals. I can not say enough good things about the quality of service we received and the product that we rented from Jenn. Not only was Jenn great to deal with but she had a really good selection of items to rent that were of impeccable quality. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful thanks to the items we rented. We not only had other suppliers ask us where we got the beautiful linens we also had the hotel tell us that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had held at the hotel and they were sad when we took the decorations down. My husband and I were married on July 29, 2006 and we decided to decorate the reception hall ourselves instead of using a hotel. We stumbled upon this website while we were searching for linen rentals and we were quite pleased with the variety of wedding decorations available. The chairs that the hall had available for us clashed with the color theme we chose, but when we looked for chair covers we found that they were quite expensive. We saved about half the amount of money we would have paid elsewhere and the quality and service that we received made our wedding day a lot less stressful. We later found out that the chair covers that we had requested were double booked for that day and that the color of sash we wanted was not available. They went out of their way to ensure that more covers were made and even added the new color of sash to their inventory. When a problem arose they went above and beyond what other companies might have done and in hindsight I am very glad that we made the choice that we did.
