Crane flat tappet cam (0.560/0.580 lift)

Holley 1050 three barrel

 28x10.5  M&H slicks on Corvette rims

12.71 @ 109 mph (in 1972 granny shifting soft launch)

Does anyone know what happened to this car ?

My original 1966 Chevelle that had the L-88 427 (and I thought it was  just a stock 396 til we opened it up)

Looking back on these pictures it is amazing how rusty the car is after only 4 years of Edmonton winters

All the good stuff, knee knocker tach, factory wood wheel, turbo 400 not available in 66 but this car had one, in car heater, eight track player, vacuum gage car was converted to 195hp 283 with muncie four speed

1932 Chev Coupe Olds 371, Olds diff, Cad LaSalle tranny replaced with Muncie, Austin Healy seats, 1970 Edmonton (probably the most unstable and unsafe vehicle I ever drove or rode in)

A work in progress, was raced at Medicine Hat by Joe Polito in 2009.  Purchased as a roller.  Have iron head 468 and turbo 350 for 2011.  Should be able to get into the low 10 second range.  And should be a lot more stable than the old coupe was.
