	Please Arrive Early Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  This will allow you time to fill out the health history and give you a chance to unwind.  Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatment and full charges will still apply for the service.  Your treatment will begin and end on time, so the next is not delayed.
	Age Requirements Minimum age of Spa guest is 14 years of age. (Infants or small children are not allowed at anytime in order to respect out other guests.) Appointments We recommend that appointments be made in advance.  A major credit card is necessary at the time of booking to secure your desired appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, based on availability. Spa Attire/Etiquette Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Throughout each treatment you will be professionally and discretely draped with linens.  For multiple services between treatments you will relax in a robe and slippers.  Please try to walk and converse quietly in the spa area.  All cell phones must be turned off Cancellation/Change Please provide 24 hour cancellation notice during business hours or a 100% charge will be issued to the credit card used to guarantee your appointment. ~ All prices are subject to change ~ Prices do not include GST or Gratuity
