NATIONAL FLOOR COVERING ASSOCIATION

N.F.C.A. NEWS

The NFCA Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors Meeting were held in Toronto on March 25, 2006. AFCA President, Doug Prostebby, was in attendance. Following are the highlights of these meetings:  

• It was decided that 30 days from the meeting date, the NFCA office in Mississauga would close and the position of National Coordinator would be dissolved. The new NFCA office is now in the Floorcovering Institute of Ontario’s (FIO’s) office in Mississauga. The administration functions of the NFCA have been split between the British Columbia Floorcovering Association (BCFCA) and the Floorcovering Institute of Ontario (FIO).

 The elections for officers of the NFCA were also held at these meetings. Following are the results of this election:
