Inventors had been very important contributors to the higher quality and safety of life, but with such important contributions to modern society, we are also the most disillusioned and disappointed people on Earth, because we are not organized professionally and have no business-development catalyst in place plus have no commercialization-protector in place for facilitating rewarding trading in our new know-how, products or services offered.

A Patent does not protect, its key promise is to give us the rights to sue, providing we have a solid patent, well devised and clear to derive an honest judgment in any international court. The language as well as drawings is all that we are permitted to register. Providing we are successful in obtaining a patent, a process not so simple or clear cut, which can cost more then we expect in most cases as the arguments and process proceeds; and where we are finally holding a certificate and have a patent published, if it has any value at all, it is still virtually useless without Patent Insurance, as legal cost of any infringement and especially where someone has deep financial pockets or vast market share, the little inventor is helpless against the big business.

In a study I did for my proposed "Super Economy"the related economic result of my proposed Universal PrePatent Registry and the Trading Post, not only the fact that any good new original patent being published usually give rise to many other very similar new patent applications with some twisting of words or concepts which can be accepted as new art - it seems to be that there is such secondary industry of people generating and publishing patents for sale - and few, very few new patents, original or not, are of any commercial value or success. A decade ago, the study showed only 0.34% of ideas and 0.048% of new inventions had commercial value. As I do not have the new statistics, maybe you can help me with the new statistics, as I do not plan to do the study again soon - but the numbers should be almost the same, even with all the flood of new electronic and pharmaceutical patents.
