A blessed greeting to you all! Thank you for your continued love and support. It truly makes a difference in my life and gives me strength to persevere. What is extremely important and needed at this time are letters reflecting my nature and character which we will submit to the judge. Here are some guidelines and suggestions of things to include:

• Address the letter to the Honorable James A. Redden
• Include who you are, your relation to me, how long you've know me, and your occupation and/or standing in the community. Please don't discuss any details regarding this case.
• Include things we've done or shared together and qualities in me you've witnessed.
• Please type or write your letter on stationary or letterhead if possible.
• Please use tree-free or 100% post consumer, processed chlorine-free paper if possible.
• Be sure to sign your letter and send to my lawyer Paul, not the judge, so he can submit them all as one document.

ATTENTION Volunteers/Organizers:

Hello to all you beautiful, clement people!! It's my understanding that there are currently over 100 volunteers!!! To this I am shocked and delighted and excited to get people plugged in to various tasks! Thank you all so much for your dedication and willingness to help out. I'm including an updated version of the six spokes that I sent previously. I am asking a few things of whomever may be able to commit themselves.

Thank you for your patience. In no way do I want you to think I'm taking your offer to help for granted. It's just that it's taken me some time to get all these things organized and focused. Over the last two years, I've been through some hard times, with periods of dispondancy and intense grief! At certain times, it was all I could do to just survive in the cage I've occupied. After my most recent fast/hunger strike, I experienced an amazing cleansing, healing, and releasing on all levels. I now have an amazing amount of energy, clarity, insight, organisation, determination and distinct strategies for attaining for my freedom! In addition to my legal defense, I've come up with a myriad of things to accomplish on many fronts. This case isn't just about me. Opression, injustice, and suffering are occuring everywhere. If one single being is caged then no one and nothing is truly free. The more we expose what's going on, take action, and motivate others to get involved, then the more freedom everyone and everything will experience. Also, the more we co-operate and combine our energies, the more educated, healthy, happy, loving and strong we all will be to keep moving this precious planet towards the heaven on earth it once was and will be again!

Theses spokes are not rigid concepts, but fluid and open to your ideas, suggestions and feedback. If there are more spokes you think we can add or any details pertaining to each spoke, let me know.

Here is the updated spoke list:

• Media: Press statements, press releases, press conferences; recruiting and training more media spokesperson(s); media spokesperson(s) attending media workshops; media outreach; media strategy discussions and formulating action plans; writing periodic letters to local and international newspaper editors...
• Fundraising: Organize and produce benefit shows (music, spoken word, theatre, etc.); making and distributing posters for benefit shows and other fundraising events (on scrap, or tree-free, or 100% Post-Consumer recycled/processed chlorine-free [P.C.R./P.C.F.] paper); Please have all events of this philosophy: No one turned away for lack of funds, by donation only...Thankyou...
• Outreach: Help with fundraising events; seeking surety/bonds person for my release into house-arrest; tabling at benefit shows, farmers' markets, community events, etc.; making and distributing t-shirts, CDs, patches, flyers about my case (all printed in the most conscientious way possible...please NOTHING NEW, used/second hand t-shirts and cloth for print making, and with plant based/low impact dyes/inks/paints; paper please make sure is scrap, or tree-free, or 100% P.C.R./P.C.F.); drafting and sending letters to potential supporters (politicians, celebrities, mainstream environmental groups, etc.) for official public support, legal support, financial contributions, etc. and finding relevant contacts for these people and target groups...
• Research: Issues for my legal defense; political issues (environmental, humyn/non-humyn animal, political prisoners, social, spiritual, health, feminine issues, etc.); help with film, book and music projects I am working on...
• Logistics: Anyone residing in the U.S. or Canada to help me with email/composition who has shorthand skills or can type at least 80-100 words per minute (I'm willing to pay someone for these typing skills if needed!!!); help with maintenance and updates for the website (anyone with software-writing skills and/or web design experience is needed)...
• Miscellaneous: Help with being my DJ (play music for me over the phone); help with food acquisition (free food from community groups such as Food Not Bombs, Lifecycles Fruit Tree Project, also purchasing organic food in bulk at cost, etc.); organizing/acquiring/sending me used books (please nothing new!! F.Y.I.: I need a used book co-ordinator in addition to the miscellaneous spoke coordinator. Please don't send me any used books at the Wilkie mailing address. When we have a used book coordinator, I will let everyone know how I can acquire used books. Thank you!)...
• I need at least six people to volunteer to be a designated volunteer coordinator for one of these spokes listed above. It's not practical for me to be in touch with each volunteer. However, I can be in touch with the 6 volunteer coordinators and they can in turn be in touch with all of the volunteers who sign up for a particular spoke(s).
• I need you all to decide where your skills/interests/passions lie and choose a spoke or spokes which resonates with your heart. That way we can get the wheel of my freedom organized and rolling!!!
• I need constant fundraising/donations. For now, I need help with monthly phone bills. I need people to donate/fundraise roughly $50 - $100 (Canadian) per month, indefinitely. If ten people can donate $10 per month then I have reached my goal!! (But this is only a base figure. Let's not set any limits and then we will not be bound by them.)
• Here are some more fundraising ideas: (a conscious reminder: no one turned away for lack of funds, by donation only. No amount is too small or to large). Have an organic, vegan bake sale or an organic, vegan, raw un-bake sale; have a vegan or raw vegan potluck at your home, or at your community center; host a garage or rummage sale; consider giving up an unhealthy habit or vice (upgrade your mode of transportation from a fossil fuel burning vehicle to a bicycle, and donate whatever money you would spend each month on gas, car payment, insurance, maintenance, etc; give up coffee or alcohol, or cigarettes, or any other substance which is not serving your optimal health or divinity, and donate that money that you would spend on a regular basis); if you teach yoga, or any other healing/movement class, maybe once a month you can donate earnings from your class (and you can have flyers printed an concious paper to share with your students and they can see where their money is going for that particular class)...

If you would like to be a designated spoke coordinator please send an email to tre@riseup.net. Please include which spoke you would like to help organize and roughly for how long you can commit to this. This doesn't have to be indefinite. Whatever you can do for as long as you can do it, is greatly appreciated. Once we have the designated coordinators we will send out an email so you can sign up for whatever spoke(s) resonates with you. Feel free to tell a loved one or pass on this email to anyone who may want to share a donation or join the volunteer committee to dedicate their passion, skills, and energy to helping bring the light fully alive in everyone and everything. The more the merrier....united we stand! Thank you all immensely from the bottom of my heart.

Volunteers needed in Tre's struggle

New VOLUNTEER list serve created:

The Tre Arrow Defense Committee has set up a list serve which facilitates the delegation of some much needed work to help free our brother Tre. We are currently only a small group of individuals who are all working extremely hard to keep afloat. Your participation in helping Tre would be extremely appreciated and is much needed. There are a number of different projects and tasks you can take on, from large to small, from computer based to community based. By signing up for the list, you are not required to take on a certain number of tasks per month/week etc... but it just gives you the opportunity to see the different tasks and projects that are needed and hopefully one of those will inspire you to jump on it.

The Defense Committee will send out a detailed description of tasks and projects that need to be worked on to the volunteer list serve. Also, members of the Volunteer list are very much encouraged to think of and create their own projects which will benefit brother Tre. It's that simple!

There are many people asking how they can help brother Tre. THIS IS HOW!!!!!
