The Driller     This is Rig #3 belonging to Commonwealth Hi-Tower Arctic Joint Venture and working for Panarctic Oils Ltd. at North Sabine on Melville Island.       Rig #3 was a diesel electric rig capable of drilling to about 13,000 feet. The driller, seen here, is the man who actually operates the rig.
