Burning Garbage     Garbage was always burnt in a big pit. Here Jim had just dumped the garbage and lit it only to discover that someone had dumped some contaminated fuel which caught fire before he could get out of the pit. The snow then became slippery and the loader could not climb out of the pit. Dennis had to go and tow him out with the other loader. Jim said that at least he was warm while waiting.
