There is supposed to be a handy form on this page to make it easier for you to order. However, it hasn't been working, and all it does is confuse customers. I've removed it and replaced it with an example. Please follow this EXACTLY. Address first, CDs next - with NO labels and NO fancy headings. Trust me - I KNOW what your address looks like and what the CD serial #s mean. Any other comments you wish to submit may be added above or below the order. If you have questions, please do not submit an order and ask questions at the same time. Read the Pricing page and FAQ to find answers first. Everything you need to know is there. BTW, the pricing scheme may seem a little unusual, so I understand if you can't wrap your head around it. However, many people have been able to figure it out before. If you REALLY have problems, feel free to e-mail me . You won't be bothering me at all. If you are CANADIAN: if you need S&H information, I need your postal code. You'll have to tell me how many CDs you're ordering too, so feel free to submit your order then. Your order should be formatted EXACTLY like the following. If it is not, I reserve the right to NOT enter your order and to ask you to resubmit it. To make it easy, just copy-and-paste the titles from the "Available CDs" list.
