Tournament Head Quarters is located at the Wesbild Centre
First Aid: There will be no First Aid on site. In the case of an emergency, please call 911 and ask for an ambulance. The arena addresses are listed above.
Directions to Hospital: Head toward 32nd St. (also called Hi Way 97). Head South until 21 Ave and turn left. Hospital is on your left. Vernon Jubilee Hospital
Game Requirements: During Round Robin games and Mini Games (if necessary), Home teams are required to provide a Score Keeper and Shot Clock (30 second clock) operator. Visiting Teams are required to provide a Time Keeper. Please make sure the volunteer you provide is knowledgeable in the task they are asked to perform.
During Semi-final and Final games, Vernon Ringette will provide the score keeper, shot clock and time keeper operators.
Game Sheets and Fair Play Ballots:
Please have all coaching staff sign in at the Host table no later than 30 minutes to game start time. Game sheets can be picked up at the host table after the fair play ballot s are handed in.
Player MVP: During round robin play coaches will pick one player on their team per game to receive the MVP award.
Opening Ceremony and Cheer Contest: Please join us on Friday Night 7 Pm – Civic Arena
