shows the homebuilt three axis numerical readouts I put onto the mill/drill machine I aquired last year. This is the most complex entry in the plans area, and took longer than any of the others posted here.
presents the plans for a simple shelf design suitable for cutting from a single 4x8 sheet of plywood. It's cleverness lies in that the design is strongly tolerant of minor dimensional errors, like those one is likely to get when Home Depot cuts your wood for you.
presents the instructions for adding a cutoff relay to the output circuit of a welder. This both makes the unit a bit less dangerous to use, and allows some useful new welding techniques.
Shows pictures of a home-made electric shredder. Forseeing a lack of indoor space and a great bounty of rain in my future, I lugged it to the land-fill site recently. It was a learning experience
Shows pictures of the fire pit insert I built for a co-worker. This insert narrowly survived this spring's flooding, which extensively re-landscaped his cabin property. He'd apparently dug it out to move it, and left it on the ground near some trees on high ground. When the water came it lodged it against the trees, and only partially covered it with debris.
20041022 Note that I sold the Mazda (Treat her well Jack!), and have removed it's various modifications from this site.
20041022 I'll have to put up pictures of the foam cutter, the fence gates and latch, and the infant car seat/stroller attachment.
