The tide was over a mile out,this bay has the warmest tidel water in Pacific Northwest When the the conditions are right like a heatwave and realy low tide with a high tide too.If the tide comes in,in the late afternoon.The water feels like your in some kind of warm soup and anyone can float!(A great place to learn how to swim.)
