Agreement To Consultation
Life On The Upward Spiral

By requesting a consultation I am in agreement to the following:

• I am familiar with the material in "Living On Purpose: Life Beyond Mediocrity", the Law of Attraction, or similar materials.
• I know this body of work is a philosophy for living on the upward spiral and that its intention is to further my enjoyment and evolution of life, and is not a 'treatment'.
• I know this information is based solely on the education, experience, and research of Sandi Harpham and not a specific theory, or association.
• I am ready to assume full responsibility for my participation in my life.
  
• I believe there is an upward spiral to life and I am looking for assistance in remembering, having faith in, and expressing it.
