    CMC will, upon Resolution, Prepare and Conclude our Personalized SHS AGREEMENT®, between both Parties.  Said SHS Agreement® shall only augment all other Agreements between said parties.  Said Agreement shall have no intent, or purpose, replacing other legal Agreements, between said parties.  Said SHS Agreement® shall be drawn for a period up to five (5) years, and shall be only the Formal Basis for Joint Resolution for the Issue or Issues only.

      We NEVER give, sell or rent, any information about you to any third parties - this means that if you give us information, for example your e-mail address, we will never give this to anyone else, without your written permission.

     All information you give to us, remains completely confidential between you, CMC and the appointed mediator. We will only ever pass information to another party in the mediation with your express permission. 

    We use the information you give us, only for the purposes of providing our services to you. We retain your contact details, and will use this information, once per year, during the life of the contract, to follow up, or Touch Base with you.

    In the extreme case, information submitted over the internet could be viewed by others, so if you wish to send anything particularly sensitive, please contact us first to arrange for secure encrypted transmission.  We are not responsible for E-mails sent to the wrong address.
