To date over
196
children have been seen in the area.
About 100 children are waiting to be seen, and about 1000
more need to be seen.
The families
are involved in an independent evaluation of our services; to date they have
been very satisfied with the access, relevance to their situation, and the
overall process of the team. Families like the fact that they don’t have to
travel outside their communities, and that the people on the teams understand
their community resources and politics, and they are also pleased to have an
available resource to call upon for future advice or guidance without having to
re-explain the entire situation each time.
