Rabbit Manure
Time To Garden I am not a garden expert but I have found a very good use for those pesky little bunny berries that are left all over my house and in the rabbit’s litterbox. I gather up all the droppings making sure to carefully avoid those that are contaminated with rabbit urine. I then add the manure directly into my rose garden.
Rabbit manure is one of the few fertilizers that won’t burn your plants when added directly to the garden and can be safely used on food plants.
The manure can be mixed directly into the soil at a rate of no more than 20% or you can mix it with water and let it stand for a day or so and than use it when watering your plants.

Note: Nutrient values of
manures vary greatly, depending on the diet and Rabbit Manure contains large amounts of nitrogen (N) which helps with the vegetative growth, phosphorous (P) which helps produce more and bigger blossom, and potassium (K). Therefore, it is best to use the rabbit manure during both the vegetative and the flowering stages of growth.
So next time your find yourself knee deep in bunny poop, just remember to add it to your garden.◊
