HOW TO BID

To Enter a Bid - Click on the "BID NOW" button. This will open up your email program and will open a self addressed email message to us. Enter the Item Number of the Item you are interested in along with your Bid Amount , Your Name and Phone number. Hit Send and that’s it. Bidding will close at 9:00 P.M. December  10^th 2006.

SHIPPING COSTS -

There will be no shipping charges to anyone within the City Of Revelstoke. Should the bidder be from outside the City of Revelstoke , They will be responsible for all shipping costs at the end of the auction. Your Bid does not include shipping. Local Residents will be contacted and advised how to pick up any Items they have won in the auction.

PAYMENT

At the end of the auction December 10th. 2006. Winning Bidders will be sent an email advising them of  what Items they have won. We prefer payment by cash , money order or certified cheque made payable to the REVELSTOKE & DISTRICT  HUMANE SOCIETY. Should the winning bidder fail to make payment within 7 Days of the end of the auction, The item will be offered to the next highest bidder.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ITEMS FOR AUCTION

Should you have any questions in regard to the items donated for auction, Please drop into the retailers who have generously donated Items and Services to the Auction. In most cases they have similar items in the store and you can see them in person! Also let them know you seen it here!

We can also answer questions by email .

POSTING OF WINNERS

Names will not be posted until the end of the auction. Only the dollar amount of the current highest  bid will be entered. Should you not wish your name posted as the winning bidder at the end of the auction, let us know when you send us your bid.

RETRACT BID

If for some reason you bid on the wrong item or enter the wrong amount and wish to retract your bid, CLICK on the Retract Bid Icon and send us an email with your reason etc.

Have Fun and Let your Friends know about the ONLINE Auction and the cause it is supporting.

POSTING OF BIDS

Bids will be posted every 24 hours Starting on November 1,  2006. They can be sent in anytime during the auction. It is open 24 hours !! On the last day of the auction the bids will be posted as soon as possible until the close at 9:00P.M. No bids will be accepted after 9:00P.M. 2006 - December -10.
