Plastic Recyclables
On each plastic that is recyclable, there's a Mobius Symbol with a number inside. There are 7 categories and we are now capable of recycling all of them! You can sort your plastics by this number to help us.







The large photo below shows the plastics and look-a-likes that are often in the plastics you return. They are NOT recyclable -like hard brittle plastics, plastic bags, styrofoam and so on. If you don't see a mobius number on a plastic, then it's not recylable!

Other Recyclables and Refundables
Recyclables

Paper: All types, clean dry paper

Cardboard: All types, referred to as OCC or old corrugated cardboard, cereal type boxes, aka kraft paper

Glass: All glass containers, rinse out and remove lids

Metal: All tin and aluminum domestic type containers.
Clean and pinch closed, do not flatten.

Refundables

Beverage Containers: Pop and beer aluminum cans

Glass: Beer, cider, wine , spirits, juices

Plastic: Beer, cider, wine , spirits, juices

Tetra Paks: Everything except milk or milk substitutes

Gable Tops: Juice and beverages
rinse, remove lids , plastic , flatten tetra paks and gable tops only

Reusables

Old Free Store: Hardware, tools, furniture, electronics, plumbing bits, appliances, tv, vcr, garden stuff, planters, etc.

New Free Store: Think QUALITY. Clean dry clothing for all sizes, all footwear, toys, books, raingear, coats, jackets, dishes, small appliances, anything and everything from paintings to fitted sheets to baby clothes.
Scrap Metal

Everything from lawn chairs to outboard motors

Autos: $40 fee for disposal; remove batteries, tires and fluids
(Can be done on site)

Freezers & Fridges; $15 freon removal fee. Please transport carefully.
