Clinical
Supervision
Sara is available
to other clinicians, or those in training, to assist them in the
development of their therapeutic practice. With over a decade
of counselling experience, ranging from skill-building with at-risk
mothers, to providing in-custody addictions treatment, to working with
childhood sexual abuse, she has developed considerable experience as a
counsellor, and is familiar with the issues facing clinicians. For
the past eight years, she has contributed this knowledge through
supervision of clinicians and masters level interns in their clinical
work. Her approach is to ground the supervision in the highest
standards of risk-management and ethics, while at the same time, fully
supporting the counsellor to resolve issues arising in their clinical
work.
