Pork Chops and Rice
Spray bottom of 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray, Add 1 cup uncooked brown rice, add 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 chopped onion, Brown chops in skillet and put on top of onions. Dissolve 2 cups water with 2 bouillon cubes 1 tsp. seasoning of choice.. Pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake @ 350 for an hour or until rice is done.
No meat Chili
7 cups of cooked beans like pinto, anasazi, adzuki or kidney (4, 15 oz cans cooked beans or 1 lb of dry beans, cooked ) If using the cans place them in a colander and wash well to remove the excess salt. Drain well. Dice 2 lge. onions and brown in some olive oil.Add 5 cloves of garlic mashed, Mince and add the canned chipolte pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. chili powder, 1Tbsp.dried whole oregano, 1Tbsp. ground cumin, 1/2 tsp. allspice. Cook for a few minutes and add 1 lge. can, 28 oz crushed tomatoes undrained and the beans. Simmer for 45 minutes or bake 45 minutes at 350 in the oven. Garnish with shredded lettuce and some grated cheese.
Steak−n−Shake Chili
2 tablespoons oil 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 can onion soup 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons cocoa 2 cans kidney beans 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 cup cola (Coke, Pepsi, or generic) Brown ground beef and salt in oil. Put soup in blender, blend for 1 minute. Add all to crock pot. Drain beef and beans before adding to pot. Let simmer on low for 6 hours or on high for 2 hours.
Wendy's Chili
1 pound ground chuck 1 15−ounce can of diced tomatoes (liquid included) 1 15−ounce can of red kidney beans (liquid drained) 1 15−ounce can of pinto beans (liquid drained) 1 8−ounce can Hunt's tomato sauce 1/2 medium white onion, diced 1 4−ounce can diced green chilies (with liquid) 2 Tablespoons chopped celery 2 Tablespoons chili powder 1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup water 1. Brown the ground chuck over medium heat, breaking into small pieces with the spatula. Add a dash of salt and pepper while cooking. 2. Empty the cooked meat into a spaghetti strainer, and rinse well under very hot water. This removes the bulk of the fat. 3. Transfer the beef into a dutch oven, and add the remaining ingredients. Stir together to combine thoroughly. 4. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer. Reduce the burner to low, and continue simmering 50−60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ham and cheese bake
Spread 8 slices of bread
with mayonnaise. place 4 slices in the bottom of an 8 x 8 cake
pan, Top each slice with a piece of cheese and a slice of ham.
Cover with the other 4 slices of bread. Beat 4 eggs and add
2 cups of milk, 1 tsp. seasoning salt and 1 tsp. of prepared
mustard. Pour mixture evenly over the bread. Let sit one hour or
more in the fridge so the milk mixture can be absorbed into the
bread. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Let sit 5 minutes
before serving.
Curry For Dinner?
Fry one large chopped
onion. Mix 1 or 2 Tbsp. curry paste, 1 or 2 Tbsp. oyster
sauce, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, 5 cloves of garlic, 1/3 cup of water,
1 tin of coconut milk. Add to onions. Add some finely
chopped celery, leaves and all. Add 1/4 cup of raisins. Add
one head of chopped cauliflower. Simmer until cauliflower is
almost cooked and then add 1/2 cup of frozen peas and 1/2 lb. of
prawns or shrimp. Simmer until shrimp are done. Shrimp will get
tough if you over cook them. Cut into tiny pieces: a bit of
red, green and yellow peppers and add to pot just before serving
over rice or put the peppers on the rice. Note! You can add any
vegetables you may have on hand. Use more curry for hot, or less
curry if you like it milder.
Pizza Pork chop seasoning.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and sprinkle over pork chops.
Keep the extra for next time.1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tbsp. basil, 1
tbsp. lemon pepper, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, and 1 tbsp. seasoning
salt.
Teen Temptation
Cook 2 cups of rotini noodles according to package directions.
Place in a casserole. Cook 2 cups of ground meat (of your choice)
with !/2 tsp seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper, 4 chopped
garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion. When the meat is cooked add a
tin of tomato soup and 1/2 a tin of water. Stir it up and ladle
this over the noodles. Smooth 2 cups of frozen peas and carrots
over this. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 35 minutes at
350.
Ginger Beef
Combine 3/4 cup of corn
starch with 1/2 cup of water and 2 eggs and mix. Add thin strips
of beef. Heat oil in Wok and cook the strips just till crispy but
just a few at a time as they will stick together. Remove from wok
and set aside. This part can be done in the morning to make it
more simpler at dinner time. Put 1 Tbsp. oil in wok Add 2/3 cup
of grated carrots, 2 Tbsp. grated onion, 4 Tbsp. grated ginger
root, and 4 cloves minced garlic. Cook and then add 3 Tbsp. soy
sauce, 2 Tbsp. wine, 2 Tbsp. vinegar, 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
and 1/2 cup of sugar. Maybe some hot chilies
also. Bring to a boil. Add beef and heat and serve.
Deep Fried pork for sweet and sour
Mix 2 cups flour with 1
cup of cornstarch 3 eggs and 2 Tbsps. salt. Add enough water to
make it the consistency of pancake batter. 1 medium roast
pork cut into pieces. Dip pieces into batter and deepfry.
Fettuccine
Mince 2 cloves garlic,
add 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup water with 2 envelopes of chicken
bouillon. Boil and simmer, cool a tad and add 8 ounces of
cream cheese. Cook to melt the cream cheese. Slowly add 1 cup of
cream---half and half will do. No high heat, You don't want it to
curdle. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of grated parmesan cheese and a dash
of nutmeg. Add some cooked cubed chicken or prawns or crab or
what ever you like and serve over fettuccine noodles. Top with

Vegetable Casserole
Mix 1 tin of cheddar
cheese soup with 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of grated cheddar
cheese. Stir in 1 cup of diced bell pepper, (Red is
good). and 4 cups of mixed frozen vegetables.
Put in a shallow dish and cover with 1 cup of buttered bread
crumbs. Bake in a 375 oven for 35 minutes or until
casserole is bubbly and vegetables are tender. This can be
prepared the night before and baked the nest day.
Microwave Mexican Style Casserole
Lay 1, 15 oz, tin of
chili in the bottom of an 8x8 casserole dish. Drain 1 tin
of kernel corn and put it on top of the chili. Lay 1 cup of
grated cheddar cheese over the corn. Lay 1 small bag of spicy
nacho chips on top after you have crushed them. Microwave about 5
minutes on high power. Serve with buttered rice and a
salad.
Microwave cheese meat balls
Combine
1 pound of ground beef, ground chicken or veggie burger with 1/4
cup of finely chopped onion, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of dried bread crumbs
and 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning. After mixing well. Have some
cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes and form each meatball around 1
cube of cheese. Place meatballs in an 8x8 casserole
dish on high in the microwave for about 7 minutes. Now add
1 can of tomato soup and cover and microwave on high for
about 5 minutes. Serve over rice and top with grated cheese.
QUICHE
This recipe is

3 Tbsp butter in frying pan.
Garlic & onion spice or real thing
1 carrot & 1 ½ cups cauliflower.
Cook for 10 min. add ¾ cup zucchini
Cook 5 more minutes.
In bowl mix 375 ml sour cream
3 Tbsp. corn starch ½ cup of Monterey or
Swiss cheese grated
1 can of artichokes (less two)
½ cup of parmesan cheese.
Salt pepper and turmeric
Mix veggies in bowl put all in 8 or 9 inch pie crust
Add ½ cup parmesan cheese on top.
Cook 40 min. 350-400 degrees.
Barbecued Ribs
Simmer ribs (with
a tbsp ginger root for flavour) in boiling water for 45
minutes if you are using pork and if you are using beef ribs
simmer for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Drain and allow ribs to cool to
room temperature. Marinate cooked ribs at least an hour in
fridge, using the following sauce.
In Large mixing bowl Combine 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce,1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic minced, 1 tbsp. chopped ginger root, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce, 2 tbsp. chopped green onion,1 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup white wine or vermouth, 1/2 tsp sesame oil. Barbecue or broil ribs basting with the marinade as desired, until carmelized and crispy on the outside. MMM GOOD.
Macaroni lasagna
Spread cooked macaroni in
lasagna pan. Cover with meat sauce. Cover
with sour cream. Cover with sliced cheddar cheese. Cover
with cooked macaroni. Cover with meat sauce. Cover with sour
cream. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
The meat sauce can consist of fried ground beef,
garlic, onions, mushrooms and any thing you like,
such as peppers, celery etc. tomatoes or canned spaghetti
sauce. Bake covered @350 for about 1 hour.
Remove cover for the last 15 minutes.
Easy Oven Stew
After cutting into bite
size pieces, and shaking in bag with some flour to coat it, brown
stewing beef in oil. Remove meat from pan. Fry onion in pan.
Return meat to pan. Stir in 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and
3/4 cup of water. Bake at 300 for 1 hour, stirring
occasionally. Add 2 cups carrot chunks and bake for another
30 minutes. Stir in 2 cups cauliflower florets, 1 cup green
beans and 1 cup of evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to
taste. Bake covered about 30 minutes until meat is tender and
vegetables are cooked.
Oven baked Swiss Steak
1 small onion
2 stalks celery
3 cloves garlic
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 large round steaks
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Chop vegetables into chunks. Mix spices together. Cut meat into 2
inch pieces and roll in the seasoned flour. Place oil in heated
pan. Brown meat. Add vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 and
1/2 hours.
Beef Rouladens
Saut'e 1 medium onion with 4 slices
of diced bacon for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 3 to 4 slices of rye bread
cut into small cubes. Add 3 small dill pickles diced and 3 tbsps.
dill pickle juice, 3 tbsp red wine and 1 tsp dill weed. Cook for
another 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat. Lay out 8 strips of
beef rouladen and coat each piece with dijon mustard and sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Place 3 to 4 tbls. of the dressing on the
thickest end of the rouladen and roll up. Saut'e rouladen
in frying pan until brown. Place in casserole dish and pour beef
gravy over the top. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
The instant package of beef gravy works great if you don't have
any left over from a roast.
Hawaiian Beef
1 lb hamburger
1 onion (chopped)
1 tsp salt
10 pineapple
chunks
2 tins pork and beans
1 tin drained green beans
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp dry mustard
Brown
hamburger and onion in pan, add salt. Put into a 2 qt. casserole
dish.
In bowl add pineapple chunks, pork and beans, green beans,
ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard. Mix together.
pour on casserole, mix in with browned hamburger and onion.
Bake at 3500 for 45 minutes.
