Dr Oz's Belly Fat Fighter Smoothie
Put the following in a blender. 1 tsp. each of ground flax seed, chia seeds, wheat germ, ground phsylium husk, ground fennel. Add 3 tbsp. of whey protein . Add any kind of fruit or vegetable, fresh or frozen. Kale or spinach works well. Apple, orange, berries or what ever is in the fruit bowl. Add 1 or 2 cups of water and blend. Make this daily and drink daily for amazing weight loss results. This is best if made each day as if you make up a lot it gets to thick.
Black Bean Brownies
Wash and drain a 15 oz. tin of black beans. Process in food processor. Add 1/2 cup agave syrup, !/2 cup self rising flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa, 2 Tbsp. vanilla. Process until completely smooth. Stir in 6 Tbsp. mini unsweetened chocolate chips. Put in an 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake @ 350 about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when you stick it in the centre. Let completely cool. Beat 6 ounces of fat free cream cheese with 1/4 cup agave syrup, 2 Tbsp. vanilla. Spread over brownies. Melt 2 Tbsp. Semisweet mini chocolate chips and swirl over brownies...Cool in fridge before serving.
