Reserve Fund Planners Ltd is a Red Deer, Alberta based firm offering reserve fund planning services primarily to condominiums, but also to the owners of other real properties who recognize the value of having a long-range capital spending plan.

Since 2001, Reserve Fund Planners Ltd. has provided reserve fund studies for hundreds of condominiums throughout Alberta, and in areas of British Columbia. 

We are a specialty service provider.  We do not sell or lease real estate, nor do we appraise or manage property.  Our only business is reserve fund planning and review.

Reserve Fund Planners is owned and operated by Richard D. McDonell who in 2001 sold the property management firm he had founded 20 years earlier, and focused his attention on the then-new field of reserve fund planning.  Already the holder of his Certified Property Manager® designation, in 2002 he was awarded the title Certified Reserve Planner by  the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Our office is located in the historic Old Court House Professional Centre in downtown Red Deer.
