PaymentWe accept payment by money order, certified cheque, or personal cheque. Personal cheques must be cleared by our bank before we can ship an order. If your shipping address is in Canada, please send your payment in Canadian dollars. If your shipping address is in the United States, please send your payment in US dollars. OrdersEvery batch of fibre Barbara dyes has a unique colour pattern and produces enough fibre for only a few kits. * If you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours, check our home page to see if we're on vacation or attending a fibre event. If that's not the case, send us a quick e-mail saying you haven't heard from us. No need to re-submit your order again. As soon as we receive your payment we will send your order and let you know that it is on its way. If you pay by personal cheque we will send the order as soon as your cheque has cleared. RefundsIf your order is lost or damaged in transit we will either replace it or refund your money (including all shipping charges). If your kit hasn't shown up in a reasonable time, let us know. If it's damaged, tell us the moment you discover the damage; we will tell you how to return the item and arrange for a refund or replacement. If you discover your kit is not what you expected or you think it is beyond your capabilities, you may return it for a refund (including all shipping charges). Contact us for a return authorization before shipping it back. Please note: We cannot offer a refund if you have begun knitting or have wound the skein into a ball.
