Since goat meat has very
little fat, it is best cooked with a slow, moist heat.
Our meat goats are all
range and milk fed. We use no growth hormones nor concentrated feeds
containing protein from animal sources. We maintain a clean, healthy
herd.
Our price for fresh kid
meat is $1.25/lb on the hoof, with a $75.00 minimum for earlier kids.
Killing and dressing can be arranged for a fee of $15.00.
