The 1st PULSE - The 3x7 Forced Matrix builds in the traditional way everyone is familiar with, meaning 3 people on level 1, 9 people on level 2, 27 people on level 3 and so on...

The 2nd PULSE - This is to give the newest person the excitement that comes with being at the top of a forced matrix. Approximately 5 days after the first pulse, the entire matrix is going to be turned upside down. In other words, the last person in becomes the top of the matrix and it will rebuild the matrix in perfect formation from that last position (last in) backwards to the first position (the first one in who will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!).

During those next FIVE DAYS as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid, and as new members join and pay, these earnings will be time stamped seven levels upward going to the NEWEST PEOPLE who just came in!

The 3rd PULSE - This is to ensure nobody gets left behind. During the next 5 days following the 2nd pulse, the entire matrix will rebuild again, this time it will be sorted in descending order based on how much a person has earned while a member of The Pulsating Matrix. In other words, the people who have earned the LEAST will be at the TOP of the matrix and it will build downward based on how LITTLE they have earned so far. It also means those people who have earned the MOST will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!

During those next FIVE DAYS as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid, and as new members join and pay, these earnings will be time stamped seven levels upward going to the people who have earned the least! You would have to agree this goes way beyond what is normally considered to be fair!!

Approximately 5 days later after the 3rd pulse, it starts all over again with The 1st PULSE... with the matrix being rebuilt as it originally did from top to bottom following lines of sponsorship.
