Conference registration is being conducted by the Simon Fraser University Conference Services. Click here to enter the University's secure online registration service — it will open a new window; simply close that window after you've registered to return to this site.
Conference Fees (in Canadian dollars)
Early Fee: On or before May 5
Regular: $85
Low Income: $25
Full Fee: From May 6 to June 1
(after June 1, please register on-site, space permitting)
Regular: $100
Low Income: $35
Registration fees include all conference sessions, conference materials and refreshment breaks. They do not include accommodation, meals or transportation.
All conference attendees are expected to pay the registration fees.

How to Register
Online
Complete the on-line form. You will be given the option of paying for your registration fees on-line via a secure server (Visa or MasterCard).
Sorry, Simon Fraser University does not accept American Express or Diners Club. All online transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates (as set by your credit card company).
By Mail or Fax
Print and complete the online form and mail with your cheque made payable to Simon Fraser University to the address provided below. Forms can also be faxed and cheques mailed separately to the Conference Secretariat, SFU Conference Services (Burnaby campus). If you are paying the early fee, please make sure that your cheque is mailed before the May 5 deadline.
US checks and bank drafts will be accepted at par.
Note: Faxed or mailed registrations will not be processed until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
We regret that refunds are not possible, however substitute registrants are welcome.
Confirmation of your registration
If you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation via our server.
Receipts
If you pay on-line by email transaction, please print out your receipt as this will be the original copy. If you pay by cheque, you will be given your receipt at the conference registration desk.
Participant List deadline
The participant list will show the names of attendees whose registrations are received by Conference Services on or before Sunday, June 1, 2008 (deadline is 12 midnight).
Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Conference Services cannot be held responsible for errors and/or omissions. The list will contain your name, organization’s mailing address, and email address.

Accommodation
