Dianne and I have taken on a new challenge to teach cruisers about Windows, emails and processing photographs digitally. Here is the web log of our seventh assignment, this time on the Oceania Insignia. We will be updating these web pages occasionally as we cruise.

Here is a picture of
Insignia. It is a small ship but done elegantly for an upscale
cliental. Maximum passengers are 684, a far cry from the 2000 we are

HERE We have on board web cams so you can see where we are going or what is happening in the lab. Go to http://www.oceaniaatsea.com then click on webcams then select either the Bridgecam Current or Labcam Current. Note the voyage schedule that appears on the right. In it we have added an icon that will zoom you in to the port using Google Earth. Click on the earth icon and a new menu appears to its right. The 10K view and Tilt view will appear as small pictures in your browser. For more capability right-click on Google earth and it will download a small file that locates the port. You will have to have Google Earth installed on your computer - it's free and a great toy. There is a link to it just underneath the Voyage Schedule. |
